Need help with Flow Relay? Here is how to reach us and where to look first.

Email support@flowrelay.it for any question about the product, an integration, a bug or an account issue. We reply from a real inbox, usually within 2 business days.

When reporting a problem, include your account email, the project or integration involved and, if possible, the date and time it happened – it helps us find the relevant activity faster.

Documentation

The developer docs cover authentication, connecting integrations, generating handoffs and insights, filters, error codes, and the MCP server and IDE extension. The API reference documents every endpoint with request and response examples.

Billing and refunds

For subscription, invoice or refund questions, email billing@flowrelay.it directly, or see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

Integrations

If a connected source stops syncing, check Integrations in the dashboard for its connection status – reconnecting resolves most token or permission issues. If the problem persists, email us with the integration name and we will look into it.

Security

To report a security issue, email support@flowrelay.it with details and, if applicable, steps to reproduce. We take security reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
